Pilates Session and Clinical Somatic Movement are by appointment only.

• Pre-registration and prepayment are required.

• We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for your session in full unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

• All cancellations must be done by phone 206.390.1208 or via email to Sevenpilatesandmovement@gmail.com, otherwise you will be charged for your session.

• You must wear socks to all Pilates and Clinical Somatic Movement sessions. Bare feet are not allowed.

• Please do not wear jewelry, pants, or shorts with zippers to your lesson (the zippers can be very uncomfortable ).

• Please have your phone on silent mode for better focus.

• We are a scent-free studio; please do not wear scented lotions or perfumes.
